Preparation of Instrument index by review the D &ID with the use of SPI. Generating instrument loop diagrams for Conventional using enhanced smart loop in SPI. Preparation of Instrument specification sheet (ISS) with the use of specification module and process module in SPI. Supervising in preparation of Process Hook-Ups and Pneumatic Hook-Ups Auto CAD engineer. Co-ordination with site engineer for proper installation of various field instruments and electrical items and properelectrical wiring as per requirement. Selection of instrument type as per process requirements, Preparation of Instrument specification sheet MCC, Instrument panel and control panel Engineering. Review the Designed general arrangement, wiring diagram for MCC, control panel and Instrument panel.Reviewing various vendor drawings like GA, ILD, Layout plan, Logic diagrams, Schematic diagrams, WiringDiagrams, Terminal block diagrams & BOM. Preparation of Electrical and Instrument above ground layout drawings for cable racks & trays. Preparation of cable schedule and cable block diagram. Preparation of junction box details, Interconnection of JB/Marshalling/DCS Preparation of Operation and Control philosophy & Cause and Effect Matrix.

-Responsible for control & Instrumentation delieverables for 9 Boilers consisting of 1 X 150 TPH Circulating FluidizedBed Combustion (CFBC) & 8 X 33.5TPH Waste Heat Recovery Boilers (WHRB), 6 Turbines (3x25 & 3X12.5MW)-Provide control improvement and create/modify control strategies and implement new control routines (Boiler,Turbogenerators, Turbo-Blowers, DM plant, Ash handling Plant).-Developing Logic Diagrams, Sequences based on Control narratives. Hands on experience on DCS systemprogramming based on logic diagrams, loop schematics and experience in Network configuration.-Hands on experience on PLC Programming (Ladder, Structured, FLD) to IEC61311-3, PID tuning, AlarmManagement, Trouble shooting and configuration changes, Controller downloads.
