Current• Strategic planning of the recruitment on Internal or Internal/External mobility function and also for international mobility to make an operational excellence.• Global Stakeholder Management and driving governance with TA SME’s and releasing report as per the discussion on L4 governance Deck to leadership team.• Process end to end recruitment for all positions using different tools like Textio, Eightfold, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Salary tool PO6 Zoffer process.• Managing and updating new hires data in SuccessFactors• Worked with L&D team and create paths for all documents of respective market areas for recruiter one stop solution on Degreed Tool.• Monitor team performance as a TA Spoc and add report on Data Metrics.• After recruitment and selection, the final productive candidate will be part of onboarding process and we do SWOT analysis with HM to understand the deliveries plan (to do statements) for the candidate.
