This unit utilizes a quarter of the total profit earned by different SAHARA Group Companies every year for its activities.Welfare Projects : Computer Technology Training Program, Recruitment Process, Literacy Program – Sakshar Bharat Pariyojana, Health and Nutrition Program – Jan Swasthya Project and Vocational Training Job Responsibilities: • I was involved in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy along with Talent Acquisitions Non-IT & IT staff hiring, managing recruitment & selection process of the eligible candidate, candidate verification, & documentation process. • Involve in consulting with department heads to identify welfare project’s needs. • Involve in planning, scheduling and managing all training classes. • Involve in managing the execution of the most challenging CSR/ welfare projects, distributing weekly reports across different SAHARA groups, interfacing with stakeholders, and delegating tasks to other staff. • Involve in developing and implementing socially responsible management practices. • Involve in creating guidelines and structure & workflow for new welfare projects and giving presentation of projects to the SAHARA group heads.
