Complying with all state regulations, government regulations for HUD/Section 8; Section 42/LIHTC; Rural Development; Conventional; HOME Funds; City and County funding programs. Training all employees on the practices of Fair Housing, Resident Rights, Customer relations, vacancy loss and all aspects of reporting timely and keeping the properties financials in the black.

Manage 160 multi family, section 8 property. Including 4 building made up of studio and 1 bedroom apartments. Managing a diverse population. Preparing for REAC inspections and obtaining a 96 in buildings built in 1897.

Manage 7 mobile home communities, including 758 units, and 8 employees

Oversee region of multi family projects. To include Section 8 and RD properties. Train managers and their staff to comply with government regulations. Set up marketing plans to rent in rural areas. Compile preventative maintenance plans

Manage HUD, Section 236 100 unit, 11 building 2-3 bedroom multi family apartments. Oversee the rehabilitation of property and implemented the Section 42/LIHTC program. Relocated current residents, transferring their belongs and their persons to other units and then coordinating the move into the newly renovated units. Leased up the units under the Section 8/LIHTC combined program guidelines to ensure owner compliance with investors and NC Housing & Development.
