- Develops financial communication strategies between the Company, shareholders, analysts and the financial community. Creates holistic messaging approach for both internal and external constituents to ensure that the appropriate Company message is being disseminated while ensuring the message is understood and expectations are managed. - Prepare quarterly earnings release materials which include press release, detailed financial supplement, investor call presentation, corresponding management script, Q&A, consensus modeling and Board materials. This includes ensuring accuracy of content and preparing management by anticipating potential analyst questions. - Participate in investor conferences and road shows by preparing presentations, scripts, preparing targeting assessments in order to maximize management’s time in order to reach desired investors. - Responsible for all aspects of the annual report including developing messaging, creative development, print over site and distribution of materials. In addition, organizing the annual meeting of shareholders including content development (use of pictorials and videos), management preparation, and execution of the meeting. - Manage the investor relations website, including content, design, usage tracking and managing relationships with internal and external parties. - Various on-going financial reporting on stock analysis, peer analysis, social media tracking, investor messaging reaction. - Oversee and direct entire budgeting and forecasting process for a company with $100 billion in assets. - The annual budget process takes approximately 6 months of intense planning and coordination throughout all areas of the company. Support the CFO and all of the Company Officers in consolidating the corporate plan into actionable items. - Coordinate the monthly forecasting process that includes managing the data collection from approximately 50 different sources. Organize research, investigate variances to plan and prepare all financial documents reviewed by the Board of Directors and Company Executives.
