I recently retired from my position as a Technology Project Specialist with the Cherokee County School District after 20 years and am a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Skype Master Teacher, Surface Master Trainer, Microsoft Certified Educator, Microsoft Fellow and Master Trainer. I currently contract as a Professional Learning Specialist with NCCE. My role includes researching emerging technologies, training staff on tools and classroom integration, training students and evaluating hardware. My passion is professional development. I love energizing teachers with relevant tools for 21st Century LearningBefore joining the district, I spent four years with Microsoft as a Family Technology Night presenter, visiting schools and presenting technologies to educators, students and their families.
