I am an IT Support Intern at AVK Southern Africa, a leading manufacturer of valves and fittings for water, gas, and wastewater applications. I have a National Diploma in Information Technology from Vaal University of Technology and three Microsoft certifications in 365 Mobility and Security, 365 Identity and Services, and Teams Administrator Associate. I have core competencies in technical, logical, and deadline-oriented skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.In my current role, I assist in maintaining the computer networks of the company, providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of the systems. I also install and configure hardware and software, set up accounts for new users, repair and replace equipment, and test new technology. I work with various IS professionals, such as developers, administrators, and designers, to interpret and articulate client requirements and deliver business solutions. I am motivated by learning new skills and technologies, as well as contributing to the company's goals and values. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have previously interned at Akili IT Services, a Microsoft partner that offers IT consulting and services.
