Responsible for payroll instructions/inputs to be prepared and logged in time for KGFT monthly payroll run (with amaximum of 50 employees).Undertaking all necessary pre-employment checks including right to work, qualifications, and references.Administering the process for new colleagues ensuring the accurate preparations of contracts of employment and offerletters.Being the contact for HR administration queries.Ensuring accurate HR records on all colleagues and ensuring the accurate all employees files are up to date.Providing appropriate HR reports (quarterly/monthly).Ensuring that approval vacancies are being advertised in all appropriate sources including internally, recruitment agencies,LinkedIn, KGFT career page.Compiling recruitment spreadsheets.Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.Providing HR support and note taking during the absence of HR Manager meetings, investigations and disciplinaries.Providing day to day advice to line managers and employees on general HR related queries, escalating more complexissues to the HR Officer and HR Manager.Team player on projects such as Staff Wellness, Staff Morale, Closing Function, CSI, etc.Do farewell parties for exiting employees.Represent KGFT on the MEC/Presidential Imbizo special events.Do marketing and exhibition for KGFT on the MEC/Presidential Imbizo special events.
