• Study both Technical & Commercial aspects and viability of General Engg, Procurement & Construction in advance of Ongoing & Upcoming Projects help in minimize the project / work cost. • To Estimate, Analyze and establish the work carried out is in accordance with the projected work Contracts. Establish reporting & review mechanisms to track performance of each project and ensure course correction & corrective action, as appropriate.• Leading from the front & organize regular, weekly, monthly Project Review Meeting with all Engineering, Project managers & Procurement team to monitor the work progress & monitor Plan vs Actual for the projects’ to optimize the project costs and timelines.• Monitor compliance in the project in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or government laws.• Review of all Supplier’s & Contractors Invoices. Authorize and recommend Finance to release the Bill amounts. Participate in dispute settlements with contractors / service provides / Vendors.• Work with Planning, Quality, Safety and Project teams for any quality & Safety flaws from Vendor’s & Contractor’s side to complete the work in a safe manner. • Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports as required by various internal and external stakeholders.
