LAZ Parking ("LAZ") is a leading national parking company, headquartered in Hartford, CT, with regional offices in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C.. In existence for over 30 years, LAZ has over 900,000 parking spaces under management in 32 states. LAZ’s parking portfolio includes Class A office buildings, mixed-use projects, hotels, hospitals and medical complexes, stand-alone garages, surface lots, valet parking sites, concierge services, transportation intermodals, major entertainment/event parking, and university parking.During my tenure with LAZ, I built and lead the Client Reporting Services department, which is at the heart of the commercial delivery for all managed locations and related contracts. Responsibilities included oversight for 1,150+ locations operated under management agreements, which required high level execution critical for clients who require timely, complete, and accurate monthly accounting and reporting. Provided leadership to an accounting team of 35+ highly qualified and skilled accountants and administrative support staff well-versed in meeting contractual obligations and client expectations. Primary focus included implementation of continuous improvements and technology enhancements that allowed the department to execute at a high level while being well-positioned for future growth and continued success.

During the period employed, Precision Camera was a market leader in camera and camcorder repair and the only service provider capable of offering a one-stop, full-service program solution on virtually all digital imaging models. The company held the distinction of being the world’s largest service center for this product category with a staff of over 600 employees and facilities located in Enfield, CT, El Paso, TX and Juarez, MX. Precision Camera employed the largest team of highly trained professionals focused on providing a suite of best-in-class repair service solutions.Primary responsibilities included: management of the finance team providing financial analysis, budgeting, planning, reporting, and daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to the Board, Investor Group, and Senior Executive Team; management of the credit facility and lenders relationship; actively participating and contributing to the development of the organization's vision and strategy; acting as a business partner to the CEO and Private Equity Sponsor across all aspects of the business and advising on both long and short term strategic initiatives.Other responsibilities included management of all human resources administration functions and being responsible for all external accounting, legal, insurance, and consultation firms.
