Directly reporting to the Customer Care Manager, my duties and responsibilities include and not limited to the following; Ensure customer complaints are resolved within a set target.  Ensure service provision is given within the target time. Daily updates of the customers database and records to ensure that correct information is available all the time. Educate corporate customers about company products and services, changes in tariffs, events and technical problems. Perform any other administrative duties as may be assigned by the segment manager and account managers. Liaise with segment account managers to ensure high customer satisfaction. Handles the demands of a high-volume customer service desk with ease exemplary customer service. Ensure punctuality at all times. Seek out new business contacts and opportunities To ensure that the quality of service level targets are achieved. This includes aspects such as connection time, fault repair and accurate customer billing information.

My duties and responsibilities include and not limited to the following; To supervise Cashiers by checking and balancing all their books and operations on a daily basis to ensure that money collected from clients is promptly banked. Ensure customer satisfaction Handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers in the best interest of the customer and the company. Use automated information systems to analyze the customers situation  Suggest improvements to the various communications by the company  Building long-term relationship with the customers. Cash Receipting and Invoicing; Create & maintain client’s relationships. Handles the demands of a high-volume customer service desk with ease exemplary customer service. Ensure that primary books, such as sales daybooks and purchases, are up-to-date and accurate so that they reconcile with the General ledger. Liaise across other staff in respect of accounting for any cash advances and impress. Ensure that all debts owing to the company from clients are promptly collected in order to meet revenue collection targets. Submit relevant reports to the Head Office as and when required.
