Project management is core to my being, and I naturally understand the big picture and excel in problem-solving. I've applied these skills in various roles, from teaching to hotel management. The chance to create a meaningful impact and receive recognition for my efforts is what truly motivates me to excel. Throughout my professional journey, I’ve consistently gravitated towards roles where effective project management was essential. I am particularly proud of spearheading the Waldorf Astoria green room program, which involved transforming room maintenance and cleaning procedures significantly enhancing efficiency despite union constraints. This innovative approach was successfully rolled out across Hiltons Waldorf Astoria and Waldorf Tower Hotels. Another noteworthy achievement is the introduction of groundbreaking project management training at Marriott International, paired with the conversion of my current position, initially a solitary role, into a fully developed department that encompassed oversight of audits, project management endeavors, relationship management, and governance, while growing the team to seven members, including a director.
