-Support the capability within the PMO to provide a comprehensive PMO service for major programmes and for the change portfolio;- Responsible for Resource Management within Change which involves contract extensions for Contractors and recruiting new resource within Change.-Provide governance and control support for the change portfolio and providing support to major change projects.- Develop and maintain reporting for the Change Portfolio, major change programmes and individual projects.- Champion project management methodologies e.g. PRINCE 2 across the company; - Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes;- Work closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, Steering Group members, Head of Change, PMO Manager project sponsors, PMO team members, third party IT providers and other key stakeholders;-Provide process and standards expertise/advice in PMO service

- Manage and motivate a team of Project Support Officers to ensure the successful delivery of a multi million pound IT Programme within Morrisons. - Responsible for Release/Project administration, including co-ordinating and facilitating meetings, management of project actions and the production of MI reports. - Provide Release/Project management support and analysis in areas such as risk and issue management, change control, stakeholder communications, project planning, document and spend control.- Ensure delivery Framework and processes are fully applied and project adherence is maintained.- Identify and implement new processes within the project community.
