Tests were collaboratively designed alongside all effected parties, I then proposed design solutions and improvements on the user experience, presented to all parties and tests were run. Once enough data was collected, results were presented and changes were applied.I was a pinnacle role in UX meetings for the launch of the first phase of the new site: Phase one was to rebuild the existing site on a new, more expandable framework. There was little room for changes at this stage, but I ensured that any major UX issues were highlighted and addressed.As someone used to working in a fast paced environment, and often being in meetings with senior staff, I was often exposed to issues that needed to be addressed in terms of quick role outs as directed from stakeholders. There was a number of occasions that I became the point of contact for the projects and managed these projects across various teams across the business.
