Highly regarded Nurse Attorney with a unique professional background, diverse knowledge base, and over twenty (20) years of experience providing legal counsel, business analyses, strategic planning, corporate compliance, and enterprise/clinical risk management advice to non-profit and for-profit health care systems; urban- and community-based hospitals, outpatient clinics, and urgent/ambulatory care centers; physicians and other licensed health care professionals; home health agencies; and physician practice management companies.
