To perform work associated with the implementation of the Centre to be established in the Honiara CBD. The centre targets young women to establish small businesses. Roles: 1. Liaising with stakeholders to further develop the model and to develop a work plan for it's implementation. 2. Sourcing premises for the BIC. 3. Develop the training and mentoring program for students. 4. Engage with SINU and SISBEC to source appropriate trainers and mentors for the program. 5. Develop and implement a communication strategy to elicit support from the public and private sector. Develop a prospectus for the training and mentoring program. 6. Undertake a recruitment program for students including posters and media advertising.

Managed and fundraised for the Solomon Islands Futsal Under 12 and Under 14 teams to travel and compete in the Australian State Championships.

Managing a Youth internship and mentoring program which provides job skills training, work internships for 300 Honiara youths every six months. In the 3 phases that have been implemented since June 2012 Youth at Work has worked with and successfully put around 600 youths into internships in a variety of jobs around Honiara. Team leader of a team of seven that looks after the program. Youth at Work also runs a FotoVois project (Photovoice) with the youths and is currently organizing a Youth Market for Honiara youths.
