• Process credit applications utilizing D&B, bank & business references (authorized to approve credit up to 150k). • Customer Address Book maintenance (set up new vendors, review credit limits, etc.)• Review orders on credit hold and contact the dealers for payment status or determine hold status for further review.• Responsible for a $20 million AR portfolio which includes 3 major accounts. (Macy’s, Sears, Wal-Mart & Wal-Mart.com)• Work with the EDI Support group to fix inbound and outbound transaction errors. Wal-Mart’s transactions are processed through Retail Link and the Wal-Mart.com transactions are processed through Commerce Hub.• Work with the Sales Operations Group to process and clear dealer allowances (COOP, Selling Support, Warranty & Sales Events) on a weekly and monthly basis. • Determine and resolve additional dealer deductions (pricing, shortages, proof of deliveries, freight and handling chargebacks etc.)• Assist with Cash Applications (ach, wires, lockbox & bank deposits) during month and quarter end closings. • Customer Address Book Maintenance• Prepare, process adjustments and journal entries during and after month end close.• Special projects to prepare reconciliations of the larger accounts during the month to be presented to Sales Operations as needed.

• Full responsibility for the collection of Vendor Receivables over 100 k.• Monthly Billing which included invoicing of Allowances (Coop Advertising, Rebates, Initial Stocking Orders (ISO), Display or In Store Advertisements), coupon billbacks, recalls/damages, point of sale discounts (POS)) and miscellaneous receivables..• Weekly cash application and credit memo processing through Excel and AS400• Month end reconciliation, journalizing and trend analysis of Accounts Receivable• Monthly processing of Vendor Statements utilizing MS Excel• Weekly preparation of Management Reports

• Full Cycle Collections and Vendor Maintenance• Cash Application, BTB & BTC Credit Card Processing & Deposit Preparation• Weekly Cash Forecasting. • Account Resolution (shortages, damages, late delivery, proof of deliveries, pricing errors)• Bank Reconciliations for 2 companies. American Express & Authorize.Net CC Statement Reconciliations• EDI Invoicing, ACH payments, Chargeback Resolutions (utilized Retail Link for Wal-Mart)• Assist with the monthly closing process

• Cash Receipts, Collections & Dispute Resolution• Monthly Contract Billing and Invoicing of EAP Vendors• Maintained Unbilled Contract Revenue Schedules for all projects• Maintained DHR/DHS Government & Adoption Contracts, Private (MAAC) and Independent Counselor contracts • Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivable Aging• Accounts Payable Coordinator (3/04-7/08).
