Sandra Beck is a California registered architect, a LEED AP, and a skilled project delivery professional. Sandra has 35 years of strategic project delivery experience, fully realized by integrating her business management, architecture, and construction expertise.Her expertise in Design/Build and other forms of Integrated Project Delivery along with her background in complex capital programs, have strongly influenced her approach to capital projects and streamlining the project delivery process. She was a leader at both UC Berkeley and UC San Francisco in their efforts to develop IPD & Lean methodologies, and incorporated both into the delivery of multiple capital projects on both campuses.Ms. Beck is also a LEED AP. At UCSF, she worked to fulfill the University's vision for the sustainability and green design of the new buildings on the Mission Bay campus – a vision that entailed the creation of a healthful environment both within buildings for the well-being of visitors and staff, as well as outside of the buildings for the health of local and global communities. Sandra believes strongly in leveraging process and technology tools to streamline project delivery, and eliminate waste & redundancy in the project process. Through her experience and role in the design & construction community, Sandra demonstrates a commitment to responsible stewardship of capital resources within any capital program delivery.
