I understand and oversee measurement, monitor and implementation issues in health care and well-being. To design this measurement process together with the end users and in a creative and thorough way. By which the measurement burden is minimal and gains are optimal. So that you know what you measure and only measure when you are going to use the outcomes of the measurements. In addition, I want to be an ambassador for applied research. In which I define applied research as research that is carried out according to the rules of science and answers questions that are relevant for daily practice.
