Op dit moment ben ik werkzaam bij kwaliteitsinstituut Stichting Perspekt als projectmanager. In deze functie coördineer ik audits en werk ik aan (product)innovatie. Hierbij zoek ik afstemming en sparring met diverse partijen in het zorglandschap zoals branche- en cliëntverenigingen, zorgverzekeraars, kwaliteitsonderzoekers en aanbieders van langdurige zorg. Via Perspekt draag ik mijn steentje bij om kwaliteit in zorginstellingen zichtbaar te maken op een manier dat past bij de complexiteit van de langdurige zorg.
