-Organize International meetings and events including travel arrangements, social events and setup of logistics up to 100 persons -Provide administrative support and organize agendas, video and webex conferences -Set up, inventory and maintain regulatory and scientific databases on products, documentation and authorization using various internal IT systems. -Manage, organize, coordinate and update translations in 25 languages. -Follow up of files and communicate with affiliates worldwide and with European medical agencies -Prepare and process expense reports for a dozen of people -Welcome, integrate and prepare training courses for trainees -Participate in setup and administrate a private medical laboratory including correspondence, invoicing and follow up of payments along with payroll and prepare accounting documents.

- Research, analyze and develop international markets (South America, Europe, Asia and Middle East)- Negotiate and conclude sales and purchase contracts on a worldwide basis. - Negotiate, arrange and book sea and air freight transportation, supervising execution of contracts and solve problems (delays, cancellations, poor quality of products, wrong labeling, missing documents, strikes, etc.)-Open/receive and negotiate letters of credit with banks- Attend international fairs- Coordinate and communicate with international suppliers and clients. - Manage and follow up all import and export documents. - Back-up of the Manager during his absences.
