I went back to school to earn my Associate Degree as an Electrical Technician. I currently have my Electrician Journeyman License. I have been an honors student in the Electrical Technician program at Laurel Business Institute (Morgantown, WV). My expected graduation date is 1/30/2020. LBI’s electrical program gave me knowledge with: PLC programming (Allen-Bradley PLCs), industrial wiring, commercial and residential wiring, motors, schematic and wiring diagrams, ladder logic, transformers, low voltage, NEC, electrical and electronic theory and much more.I also have a work background in EMS, airlines, and Mylan Pharmaceutical, which has always placed a continued demand for safety and decision making. I work well in a group for a team effort or in a position of sole responsibility. I adapt to learning new and various job functions quickly and efficiently. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I excel in the manufacturing environment. While employed at various airlines, I was responsible for preventive maintenance on all equipment, including all aspects of a commercial airline. At Mylan, my position was Utility A in the packaging department. I was trained to work in all of the positions in the packaging department including lockout/ tag out, grounding and bonding equipment, troubleshooting problems, preventative maintenance on various equipment during cleaning, power jacks and lift jacks, maintaining records, subject matter expert (SME) trainer for new hires, utilized SAP and SLOC computer systems. My position was responsible for time-sensitive schedules and projects which improved my time management skills vastly.Thank you for your time and consideration.
