Interpreting clients service requirements and translating them into Service Levels followed by implementation and delivery from the service delivery teams. Responsible for implement Help Desk systems and service across a number of client sites, both Private and Public sectors. Interpreting clients service requirements and establishing and training the respective help desk teams to deliver the service

Following an outsourcing exercise with the Travel Office, I was put on a Secondment to the Facilities Management Department which was then subsequently outsourced to an FM company. Utilising my hotel background I took on responsibility for all front of house activities, including contract management for cleaning, security, reception and conference / meeting room bookings. I subsequently set up a centralised help desk to address all client issues in once point and provide a central meeting room/booking service for a portfolio of meeting rooms across 13 buildings in central London.
