Currently Maintain all data entry of all vendor held tooling.Manage all tooling issues in regards to inventory including disposition of US Government tooling that is managed by Rolls Royce Corporation as well as Rolls Royce Corporation owned tooling; retain all purchasing information in regards to vendor held tooling and test equipment; monitor all tooling purchases for process compliance and payment to the vendor. Maintain Access Database of 40 - 60 million dollars of tooling purchases. Conduct annual audits of vendor held tooling. Process all communication in all aspects (email, regular mail etc.) of vendor held tooling. This also includes various communications with internal program managers. I am responsibile for continual process improvement and development of training materials and processes with internal purchasing personnel.

Conducted quarterly and annual audits of buyer purchase order process for compliance to company policies as well as US government FARS and DFARS requirements. This included metrics reporting to management. This position also included maintaining of document retention of current and past contracts for access by the purchasing community. In addition to these tasks I maintained Non Disclosure Agreements for proprietary contract information. This included data entry and file management.

Client services and Agent service specialist which included processing of long term care claims for clients and answering questions of both agents and clients. Worked with external American United Life agents in regards to client policy benefits. Worked with payment of Home Health care claims and Death benefits for client family memebers. Also worked with regional sales managers for metrics of current and past sales.
