Decades of field sales service prove there is nothing more important than the customer experience. My customers are the heart of what I do. There are no achievements without them. My motivation comes from helping customers attain their overall best. I love working with open minded, creative, fast paced individuals/teams striving for a better work environment and skill set. Autonomy, accountability and transparency are important factors in my life. I’m blunt, I’m real, I don’t offend easily and I don’t look to offend. Feedback and input are critical from both my company and customer segments. I’ve earned dozens of awards over my career because my customers are open to ideas, hard work and mutual respect. I want to do business with people that want to do business with me. I can not tolerate micromanagement and I’m always open to an invigorating discussion.
