The Silver Lining is an organization I founded in 2012; this organization represents a group brought together by their pain but united by their strength to empower one another.We serve as a support group, seeking to edify and uplift those who have been abused in any capacity, an outreach, creating a platform for others to share their story, and a ministry, imparting hope, life, and restoration to those who have experienced defeat or brokenness.

Coordinate and delegate the responsibilities of IT teams. Oversee the day-to-day functions of the department. Conduct training sessions with employees so that they can be equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current. Also train entry-level employees that will allow them to be on the same level as the team.Consider the abilities and expertise of the team members to assist in dispersing assignments.
