Procurement administrator • To raise purchase orders on pastel against the signed requisitions, approved costings ensure the power of attorney process is followed.• Primary focus – raising Pos for Johannesburg Expo Centre (JEC) and Dogan Exhibitions (Pty) Ltd and GL events – Graphics Department & Fixed costs• To ensure that the signed POs raised are sent to the supplier prior to the job being carried out/executed • To assist in the sourcing of quotes• To liaise with suppliers / follow up with POs and deliveries• To address queries and provide feedback at the weekly GP meetings in a manner that is understood and clear.• Assist in obtaining BEE certificates /affidavits from suppliers• Assist in completion of credit applications• Assist in filing
