I am a partner and Holmes real estate lead. I specialises in banking and finance, commercial property, construction, corporate recovery, regulatory compliance, restructuring and insolvency.Advising on all aspects of commercial property, I am experienced in acquisitions, disposals, financing, restructuring and property investment. I provide expert services in all aspects of landlord and tenant matters, advice to financial institutions, receivers and liquidators in relation to the enforcement of security, restructuring and the sale and management of distressed property portfolios.Working with a range of blue chip clients in the private and public sector, I act for State and semi-State agencies, local authorities, property developers, financial institutions, third level educational institutions, religious institutions, pension investment funds, receivers, liquidators, asset managers, as well as national and international corporate and individual clients.

Sandra is a senior solicitor in our property department, having joined the firm in April 2013 from Arthur Cox Solicitors, where she worked since 2003. Sandra specialises in advising on all aspects of commercial property, banking, insolvency and restructuring. Sandra’s experience includes advising on restructurings, acquisitions, disposals, financing, secured lending and property investment on behalf of state and semi state companies financial institutions (including receivers appointed by such institutions), corporate and individual clients, partnerships, institutions (such as educational and religious organisations), pension investment funds as well as many clients who operate nationally and internationally. Sandra also advises on all aspects of landlord and tenant law including advising commercial and retail landlords and tenants in respect of the acquisition and disposal of their leasehold interest and providing management advice to landlords, tenants and asset managers. Sandra served a six month secondment with NAMA in 2010 advising on all property and security related matters in the context of NAMA’s acquisition of the extensive loan books from the relevant banking institutions in the State. Sandra advises financial institutions, liquidators and receivers on an ongoing basis in relation to enforcing security, restructuring and the management of distressed property portfolios.
