About Sandra Egleton
For the last 30 years I have been a senior manager leading on a range of change and leadership initiatives. I have developed and led on a successful internal coaching programme in Barnardo's. I am now self-employed, offering a range of coaching, coaching supervision and training services. I incorporate my psychological knowledge into my coaching practice and focus on helping coachees create sustained transformational change in their work and personal lives. I work with coachees to identify and challenge limiting beliefs and thought patterns and to generate new perspectives to meet work and personal goals. I draw on extensive models and conceptual frameworks from psychology and management to inform the coaching conversation and help generate new awareness of self and others. I have increasingly developed a systemic approach, given the complexity and volatility of the current work environment.As a coaching supervisor I draw on my 30 years experience as a supervisor including management and clinical supervision and am skilled at working with the systemic reflective processes that arise to help create a more in depth understanding in the coach, of the coachee and their organisational context. I have excellent background psychological skills and understanding and I am an active listener and clear communicator. I am able to build trusting and effective working relationships with staff from different backgrounds and experiences. I am skilled in identifying themes and patterns as they emerge in the coaching conversation and reflecting them back, often helping to get to the heart of the change required.I have an extensive set of tools and models I draw on as appropriate to the goal and the coachee’s learning style and preferences. I have coached extensively in the areas of developing resilience, confidence building, coping with change, authentic leadership, interpersonal relationships at work and managing conflict and disagreement.Please email for enquiries.
