Relationship Manager
Current* Responsible for generating Fixed Income Naira and Dollar liability (Dollar fixed deposit and Eurobond Investments), Trust liability and Portfolio liability.* Develop creative strategies toward generating increased Stockbroking Turnover.* Clearing Systems (CSCS) to ensure the fast and effective processing of clients Dematerialization and Inter-Member request.* Facilitate the purchase and sale of Secondary market Treasury bill instrument.Direct marketing and sales of the Firms financial product to on-board more clients.* Regular analysis of clients account to spot inactive accounts and follow-through with clients to forestall account dormancy.* Financial Advisory; Providing clients with in-depth Knowledge of the financial market to help make informed decisions.* Develop strategic means of achieving and surpassing the Firms set Targets and Deliverables.* Dispute Resolution; Providing first level customer support and issue resolution.* Perform weekly, monthly and Quarterly reports on teams performance.* Relationship management; Manage Existing and New HNI portfolio's to ensure growth and wealth creation.
