I have worked in three countries, three provinces in Canada, and adapted and adjusted work according to circumstances. I have core skills in training, course design, program planning, facilitation and evaluation in healthcare, and social services.I never turn down a challenge. I most recently worked training physicians and MOA's in Electronic Medical Records for Telus after training the Captains, Chief Stewards and Chief Engineers their new electronic Landed Crew List and Timesheet programs. The fast paced, contract roles in the last year have really tapped into my 30 years of adult training, my AET Level 3 Adult Learning I attained in the UK in 2018. I have developed a taste for evolution in Learning and Development having formally participated in workflow analysis, determination of gaps in learning to adopt learning objectives and having taken the time to personalise videos and presentations to optimise learning.I look forward to my next contract role enhancing learning with maximum productivity in your organisation.
