Leading the transformation of the HR organization of Spain and Portugal. Performing all the linked activities, in collaboration with the local HR team and the managing team of Switzerland and Poland, the project lied in transferring a high amount of transactional and administrative activities to a shared services center in Krakow and stablish the 3 pillars model. Accountable for all the phases -planning, execution and finalization- including current situation analysis, knowledge capture and transfer, parallel phase and reporting of the advancement.

Training Responsible for Spain and Portugal, including Leadership Development programs.HR Marketing Manager (HR internal communication to the rest of the company).Talent management processes such as performance assessment, functional and leadership competencies assessment and development, individual and team coaching, 360/270 assessments, mentoring program, etc.Special projects:- Change management project: to help organization during the transformation and to ensure its success- Employee engagement project: to create a new positive employee mindset and to raise the commitment with the company

Additionally to former tasks, in charge of create a New Training Model, closer to the business and strategy. Renew the training offer, policies and procedures, training evaluation process, etc.
