I have successfully developed and implemented a wide range of e-learning courses and training materials to support the introduction of IT systems and the upskilling of staff. My proficiency in creating engaging and effective learning experiences is demonstrated through my ability to translate existing classroom training materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, into engaging online content. Combined with my vast experience of designing and delivering face-to-face training sessions, I have gained a deep understanding of diverse learning styles and effective engagement strategies.
