Over 25 years in Human Resources at Yale University spanning areas of recruitment, staff and labor relations, compensation and classification, career development and training. Significant effort in the School of Medicine where departmental and HR operations was the primary focus in the Department of Surgery for 10 years before joining the Department of Human Resources. Obtained specific training in the course of receiving SPHR certification followed by coursework in compensation analysis, classification analysis and the Fair Labor Standards Act at Cornell School of Labor Relations. Current role has expanded to that of Senior Staffing and Career Development Specialist supporting multiple departments in the School of Medicine, Office of the Secretary, Yale University Press, Association of Yale Alumni, Yale School of Public Health, Office of International Affairs, and the Office of International Students and Scholars.
