The MACSQuant Analyzer is a digital bench top flow cytometer equipped with three lasers, 10 optical channels and intuitive software to facilitate rapid and simple cellular analysis. The MACSQuant Analyzer is a versatile instrument for both phenotypic analysis with fluorescent antibodies and functional analysis of fluorescently labelled cells. The microscope system we are looking at is the Zeiss metasystems Metafer imaging platform. K

Here we are using tubes and checking multiple cancer cell samples that we’ve modified to express a fluorescent marker.
