I am passionate about food and making customers feel at home in the restaurants that I manage. My interest in food service began with my studies in Kent - known as the garden of England. I realized early in my career that my real interest was in managing the front of the house. I developed a passion for making customers feel at home while managing the food operations of an English pub called The Old Vine. In addition, I have learned the importance of developing a cohesive team of people that provide customer facing services.I take pride in paying attention to detail with food preparation and especially with our customer's safety. This was demonstrated in 2010 when the Juno's Cafe received a perfect 100% score from the County of Santa Clara Health Inspection Department. For the first seven years of my time at Juniper, I enjoyed converting even the most particular customers into fans of Juno's Cafe. I also enjoyed forming good relationships with the team of administrators at Juniper that place their trust in us for catering services.I am extremely excited that we were able to expand the positive impact of my team at Juniper. We actively participated in the opening of the new GIGAbite and ZETTAbite Cafés as well as a world class executive briefing center on the new campus. I played an active role in the layout of these new cafés and am enjoying being the leader of the team that manages these facilities. We are delivering creative new menus and services that align with Guckenheimer's mission of, "...nourishing inspiration in everything we do".
