I am a seasoned automotive industry professional with over two decades of experience, beginning in 2003 with John O'Brien Toyota. Throughout my 17-year tenure at Toyota in Gatton, I gained extensive expertise across various dealership functions, including Reception, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Service Administration, Warranty Support, HR, Payroll, Registrations Clerk, Stock Control, Vehicle Sales Processing, and Accounting. My deep understanding of dealership operations allowed me to transition into the role of Business Manager of Finance and Insurance in 2010, where I successfully managed financial operations for multiple sites, including Toyota, Ford, and Mitsubishi franchises.In 2021, I relocated to the Sunshine Coast, where I took on a multifaceted role with Qld 4x4 as the Accounts and Business Manager. In this position, I was responsible for a broad range of functions, including accounts management, staff management, payroll, tax reporting, vehicle delivery coordination, logistics, parts ordering, and financial reconciliation. My role required a high level of adaptability and strategic oversight, which I delivered with precision.Currently, I serve as the CFO of Newgen Caravans, a rapidly expanding and well-established caravan brand. In this capacity, I leverage my extensive experience to oversee all financial and operational aspects of the business, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. I am recognized for my versatility and willingness to contribute across departments, offering a comprehensive skill set that enhances overall dealership performance.
