During my time as co-ordinator, I assisted the Head of Department and Second-in-Command (2IC) while providing support to a 12-member Prop department team. I was responsible for maintaining and updating project documentation, including creating a budget tracker and managing schedules. My role also involved liaising between various departments and their coordinators, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Additionally, I handled a range of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, raising purchase orders, managing and ordering inventory

As senior prop maker, my responsibilities on this production were to oversee the smooth running of the Mould shop. Effectively communicating between co-ordinators and heads of departments, ensuring tight deadlines were met and items produced were up the high standards of the production, while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment for our team.

In this customer service role, I handled front-of-house duties, including greeting customers and answering phones. I coordinated staff and supervised shifts, ensuring efficient operations. I was responsible for allocating bookings and overseeing the closing of the restaurant at the end of service. I performed financial reconciliation tasks, which involved balancing tills, processing credit card transactions, and preparing financial reports.
