I retrained in Community Services prior to leaving Primary Teaching and had extensive experience in this sector until 2009 when I commenced as a trainer in VET using extensive experience in the sector, as a practitioner and manager, to provide support to learners. I am a continuous learner, efficient researcher and have developed wide ranging skills in curriculum development for the online learning environment.My industry skills are kept up to date through my networks and ongoing work in the Disability and Aged Care sectors.
