- Coordinating the recruitment projects according to the client needs and timelines - Effectively searching candidates (internal database, LinkedIn, GoldenLine.pl, Facebook) - Building positive relationship with clients and candidates - Creating and publishing job advertisements - Direct sourcing and selection of CV's - Conducting interviews with candidates and being in contact with them on each of the recruitment process phase - Running the end to end recruitment process - Preparing reports and expertise for clients, sharing market knowledge - Building brand awareness and company image during events, networking meetings and meetings with clients etc.
