Taught history in summer camp for K-9th Grade using age-appropriate lessons. Enlightened students about other cultures through activities such as, making henna art on latex gloves, making the stories of their own origin, and learning about how some cultures share similar but different holidays or foods.Developed a new curriculum for an after-school program that helped students improve their critical thinking skills. Had to tailor it for each grade from kinder to 8th grade. Would read myths and then create their own. Practicing critical thinking and also presenting skills.
