I am please to share that I retired on April 30, 2020. I am emjoying retirement and now share my knowledge with my Parish St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. I am a volunteer with the Hospitality Ministry, ExtraOrdinary Minister of Holy Communion, Hand Bell choir, schedules all ministers for all Liturgies during the week and on the weekends and leads the ExtraOrdinary Ministry of Holy Communion. I will continue with all other volunteer work to help those in need as I am blessed to have retired a few years early and am enjoying this phase of my life and career.

As a Business Analyst, I work with cross functional teams for high visibility functions within NetSuite and other 3rd party applications. I am a hands-on-team member and manage multiple daily support issues, ERP configuration changes and other projects. I work with other departments within the organization as well as outside partners/vendors to ensure successful execution and completion of simultaneous ERP related projects. My ongoing online training includes the following completed courses: NetSuite Essentials, Reports and Searches, Suite Analytics Advanced Searches, Finance Fundamentals, Financial Reports and Searches, Workflow Fundamentals, Manufacturing, Exploring the NetSuite Platform and Administrator Fundamentals.• Perform changes to ERP such as changes to fields, forms, records and workflows.• Serve as point of escalation for ERP Support; providing internal ongoing support and coordination with outside consultants.• Work with external consultants to augment internal resources.• Analyze, document and optimize critical ERP processes in order to reduce inefficiencies.• Support the implementation of policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity.• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gather and analyze information systematically while developing alternative options.
