There are many pathways that can lead a person to recovery and once on a recovery path very often we find their are many recoveries to be worked on other than living without the substance or behaviour. I found that after a number of years of being in recovery from alcoholism I struggled in other area's of my life. Life happens in recovery. Challenges happen in recovery. People come and go, we out grow some areas of our lives and have to find a way to be comfortable with the uncomfortable and of course miracles happen when you hang around long enough to recognise them as such.My mission is simple. To support women in recovery to address these 'other recoveries' we have to face and to grow into the person they want to be and have the life they want to live by their own design.

I held three roles here all of which were brand new roles to the organisation. - Life skills Coordinator to all services in Dublin- Deputy Manager of a Community service for people with mental health issues- National Development Manager/Nightstop.I have a very positive work ethic in very challenging environments. I work well under pressure due to being self aware, highly organised and employ leadership skills to coach the staff teams I managed. Communication is key to successful delivery of results for outcomes that make a difference in peoples lives in line with the strategic aims of the organisation.I have highly developed communication skills both speaking in public and delivering presentations. I have specialized in values alignment so that having difficult conversations and feeding back on attitude have a measure that is credible.
