Experience has been gained working with a number of small businesses within Townsville as a support service for business owners, in a range of levels from data review and BAS completion to full administration management, bookkeeping and payroll. This has been achieved working through Belvedere Book-Keeping, as a Bookkeeper and Administrator, holding a current BAS Agent registration. Predominantly working with MYOB accounting software, however, also certification as an Intuit QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and Xero Partner.Self-motivated and used to working on my own initiative. Possessing good problem solving and time management skills that enable work to be completed accurately and efficiently to fully support management. Recent experience has been working closely with and supporting teams of between one and four people.In addition, assisted with the installation of MYOB software, setting up data files including Chart of Accounts, Payroll and Cost Centre (Job) Coding, training staff in basic accounting theory and MYOB data entry in order that bank accounts and job codes may be reconciled to assist with the record keeping requirements of auditors, government funded programs and for BAS returns to be completed correctly and on time.
