Responsible for inventory management activities for gift presentation for mass chain supermarket and bookstore accounts. Key objectives include placing the right amount of product in the right stores at the right time while managing inventory levels as sales change, based on consumer demand, especially during peak seasons/holidays. Continuous partnership with the Retail Inventory Management organization, responsible for the planning, forecasting and management of all activities that impact retail inventory for Hallmark North America, and our Customer teams ensure we meet display and consumer’s demand, for every day and seasonal needs.

Instructor for the Department of Logistics and Resource Operations and an Assistant Staff Group Advisor of a teaching team presenting graduate-level Sustainment doctrine, Force Management and common core instruction to civilians, US Army active duty, reserve/national guard component, sister service and international officers. The curriculum spans strategic, operational, and tactical levels of sustainment, critical thinking, and civil military relations.
