Lead and manage the performance of 1300 cabin crew in Dublin Base and associated deliverables relating to departmental KPIs of customer service, punctuality, safety, inflight retail and employee engagement. Implement all company and departmental change initiatives. Develop and deliver effective communications on business, operational and performance matters. Manage and plan for the ongoing training and development of crew to improve delivery of KPIs. Manage recruitment, selection and promotional campaigns to maintain required resource levels. Create a positive working and employee relations environment.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

Primary responsibility for Inflight Services in the Washington cabin crew base. Lead and manage the performance of 60 cabin crew. Manage the closure of the cabin crew base while maintaining customer service and safety standards and crew performance. Provide HR guidance and support for management and cabin crew and pilots in relation to base closure. Responsible for the procedural and people aspects of base closure and repatriation of Company property.

Lead HR professional for airport bases outside of the Republic of Ireland - UK and Northern Ireland and USA- from the start. Establish, define, produce and maintain local working conditions and HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance in all aspects of HR - recruitment, payroll, employee services, case management, change management and employee relations. Drive and support employee performance management and employee engagement. Provide expert advise and support to line managers and a multi-disciplined workforce, Pilots, Cabin Crew and Engineers in a multi-site environment.

Develop and execute Employee Relations strategies to support the business in a rapidly changing environment. Provide expert advise and support to line managers on employment law, disciplinary procedures, grievances and attendance management. Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of positive working relationships with staff and their representatives. Handle queries from staff on an individual basis on a range of personal issues including grievances and respect and dignity. Provide expert advise and support line management in negotiating and implementing change.
