I was appointed as a non-executive director to the Boards of the National Road Authority and the Railway Procurement Agency (RPA) in June 2013. Following this appointment, I also became a member of the audit committee in each entity. In 2014, I was appointed Chair of the RPA audit committee. I am a member of the Merger Implementation Group tasked with oversight and management of the merger of the two entities.
