- Provided Program Management oversight to ensure realization of strategic business objectives through the management of four strategically aligned projects in the Implementation Transformation Program. These four projects were highly complex, had multiple dependencies, and had significant impact on the organizational goal of creating transformational and sustainable improvements to our client installation process to more closely align with our client’s expectations. - Defined and implemented a standard methodology to ensure business goals, objectives, and benefits were realized within designated timeframes. This included but is was not limited to the creation of a project plan, formalized scope and change control process, requirements gathering, plans for: development, testing, training, implementation,communications and transition to operations readiness. - Created synergistic project management,documentation and commmunication methodology which was utilized by the Project Managers within the Implementation Transformation Program. - Monitored and directe all projects within the program. Ensured projects were aligned to meet the business vision by applying the defined Project Management standards. - Facilitated all aspects of program communication which included consistent project team level reporting, executive level reporting (Executive Sponsor, Process Owner,GM, Regional Exec’s) project and program communication plans, as well as meeting agendas and recaps. - Developed a strong partnership with Executive Sponsors and Stakeholders who provided strategic vision to the Program. In turn, provided insight to the Executive Sponsors on impacts the tactical execution had on strategic goals. - Provided direction and support to Project Managers and Project Leads as needed.

- Program Managed a team of 140 ADP associates (including 6 Project Managers) to implement Oracle Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) modules: Service Contracts, Install Base, and Fixed Assets as well as a number of enhanced existing Oracle and .net functionalities. - Managed all aspects of the Program including but not limited to architectural and scope planning, organizational and program change management, project charter, plan and schedule development and management. - Delivered program status updates, stage gate management, risk management, communications, resource engagement & accountability and stakeholders and user community satisfaction. - Provided oversight in streamlining, documenting, training and implementing 170 departmental and 16 major cross functional business process improvements which leveraged the new system functionalityThis project delivered: 1) A scalable and modern Application Architecture which replaced legacy applications which were expensive to maintain, limited our business and presented resource specific knowledge risk. 2) Improved client facing business functionality including the ability to bill upon equipmen upon install vs. upon shipment as done previously which caused significant client dissatisfaction and collection issues. 3) The integration of all applications in the Q2C cycle enabling the ability to drill back to contract data in a single consolidated system view which provides significantly improved data integrity and efficient access to client data for improved customer service.

Project Managed multiple strategic projects within the Division PMO from 2003 thru 2011 including for example: 1) Billing Task Force: Project/Program Managed the the implementation of Oracle Customer, Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable and i-Receivables modules and implemented and integrated Vertex Tax Engine to provide increased billing accuracy and replace inefficient and growth limiting legacy applications. 2) Cobalt and Dealix Billing and Sales tax: Project Managed the integration of Cobalt, Dealix and Integralink billing and Sales tax into the Dealer Services business processes and systems. Developed and managed the team and plans producing on schedule delivery of the integration 3) Software Asset Management Initiative (SAMI): Project Managed all aspects of this initiative to ensure all 3rd party software which was integrated in to ADP products were properly licensed and accounted for in order to negate risk of litigation. Project Managed SAMI-E implemented in all ADP DS business units throughout the organization.

- Owned and operated a small retail candy and gift store ($250K in annual sales) which provided the community with gifts, chocolates and candies - Managed and performed all aspects of business ownership: product planning, procurement, inventory management, budgeting, payroll and accounting, advertising, marketing with focus on customer service excellence. Hired and managed a staff of 6 associates including one Manager - Member of the Barrington Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce Networking group

- Managed supplier contracting at ADP Dealer Services by providing professional negotiating services, contract life cycle management and on-going supplier relationship management. - Teamed with business partners to provide the highest level of customer service to meet their business requirements and timelines. Coordinated contracting activity to ensure total cost of ownership was achieved in negotiations and resulting supplier relationships. - Provided strategic and tactical direction in the development, drafting, negotiation, relationship management and administration of complex supplier contracts. - Managed roll out of hardware platforms and peripherals. Collaborated with engineering, development, Field Quality Assurance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Suppliers to accomplish efficient, effective and timely time to market. - Managed a staff which consisted of 2 Negotiator/Project Managers and one administrative associate. - Responsible for all department budgeting – financial planning, budget development, personnel management and implementing cost controls.- Consistently provided cost reductions through professional negotiations and a structured program in alliance with Finance partners.
