As the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) I am responsible for managing all aspects of the client relationship for a group of clients. The CRM is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships at all levels. Client knowledge should include the status and use of all products installed at the client as well as the client’s current and future IT needs and goals. This role is the main point of contact for the client for all requests, work schedules, support and issue escalation.

• Supporting the Client Manager during end to end roll out of the company’s electronic claim cycle application, Claimsure.• Works with management and clients to identify opportunities that can improve the overall process• Testing compatibility of Claimsure with the hospital systems and the validating of new software developments• Installation of supporting software• Training hospital administration and medical staff on Claimsure• Processing, submitting and returning health insurance claims to the health insurance providers• Ongoing support and management of hospital staff in various hospitals around the country.• Reconciliation of aged debt• Managing change and updating processes to enhance work flows • Creation and management of training documentation• Managing repairs and troubleshooting hardware
