As US-West Assurance Managing Partner, I oversee both the Audit and Financial Advisory and Assurance Services practices for EY’s West region, which is comprised of more than 3,600 professionals and 350 partners working across 18 states. In this rapidly-changing and digital business environment, I support teams in helping organizations identify and capitalize on new opportunities, fulfill regulatory requirements, keep investors informed and meet stakeholder needs through continuous involvement, constant communication, and leading-edge technologies.Prior to being named Assurance Managing Partner, I served as the Audit Leader for the US-West, overseeing the operations, markets, talent, and audit quality functions for the West Audit practice. In addition, I previously served as Americas Assurance Talent Leader, where I had responsibility for talent matters including strategy, performance, recruiting, experience management and resourcing.I am proud to be the first EY woman promoted to partner while working on a flexible schedule.
